Granitas is a U.S. based frozen dessert company inspired by the original granita — a tradition lost in translation. While many American versions have strayed from the source, we stay true to what made it special: honest ingredients, traditional methods, and a respect from where it came from.

Flavors Beyond the Usual
Forget the flourescent syrups and artificial ingredients. We only use real fruit and nuts, organic cane sugar, and purified water — just like they do in Sicily. Simple, natural, better.
We don't drown our granitas in sugar to make them taste good — we don't have to. With real ingredients doing the heavy lifting, we use way less added sugar than the big guys — over 30% less per ounce than Rita's.
Why stop at lemon, cherry and mango?
Our menu goes further with roasted nuts, tropicals and traditional Sicilian add-ons like whipped cream and soft brioche bun. It's not just dessert — its an experience.
